This page explains how the public website and Buyer Consultation System use information.
Website analytics
The website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and interactions such as project, guide, telephone and consultation-link clicks. Analytics events do not include the name, WhatsApp number, buying purpose or nationality entered in the consultation form.
Buyer consultation details
The consultation form collects only your name, WhatsApp number, buying purpose and nationality. The source page, date and time are added automatically. These details are used to review your requirements and contact you about a relevant RTS or CIQ property recommendation.
Processing and notification
Consultation details are sent through Google Apps Script to a private Google Sheet. A matching notification is sent to the Property Specialist through a private Telegram bot or group. Google and Telegram process this information under their respective service and privacy terms.
Retention and security
Consultation records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to handle and follow up the request, unless a longer period is required for lawful record-keeping. Access to the Sheet and Telegram notification channel is restricted to the business.
What not to submit
Do not send identity documents, bank credentials, payment details or other sensitive records through the consultation form. The website does not request these items.
Questions or deletion requests
Use the Buyer Consultation page or the published telephone number to ask a privacy question or request deletion of a consultation record.
